Question: When will my old email address expire?
|

Answer: Currently there is no limit to the length of time your old email address (ex: ppete@okstate.edu) will forward messages to your new account (ex: pistol.pete@okstate.edu).

In fact, if you login to O-Key and select a new email address (ex: pistol.e.pete@okstate.edu), all messages sent to either of your old email accounts (ex: ppete@okstate.edu and pistol.pete@okstate.edu) will automatically forward to your new email address.

If for any reason you don't believe that your email is forwarding correctly, please contact the IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@okstate.edu or (405)744-HELP.
