Question: Will my Lotus Notes email archives convert to Exchange?

Answer: Yes. Any email archives you have on the Lotus Notes servers will convert at the same time your main mailbox is converted, and will be copied to your hard drive at the time of your appointment. During your email conversion appointment, the technology professional will convert the Lotus Notes archives stored on your hard drive. The technology professional will configure the archive files in Outlook or Entourage either during your initial appointment or during a follow-up visit. You will need to burn a copy of any Lotus Notes archive file you may have on CD, as it is not recommended that we convert the original. Present these copies to the technology professional, who will ensure that they are converted properly at a later date.
