Question: Am I able to access my Exchange email and calendar remotely while I travel?

Answer: You can access your email from any computer connected to the internet using Outlook Web Access (OWA) at http://mail.okstate.edu. You will login using your full O-Key email address and password.

While OWA doesn’t have the exact same feature set as the desktop Outlook client, it has a very similar look and feel to the regular desktop client. Some of the differences include:

- You will not be able to access your email archive folders from OWA
- A maximum of 25 email messages will list at one time in OWA. At the upper right-hand side of the email window, you will see the number of email items currently displayed, and the total number of messages in the folder. You can use the navigation buttons to move back and forth to the next (or previous) set of email messages.
