The Data Center Services unit supports the OSU system and A&M campuses through highly available and reliable operations, production services, and enterprise operating systems support. Data Center Services is comprised of the following areas:

Operations and Production Services
|
| |
- Provides 24/7 support for over 180 IT servers, quality control services, and software monitoring
- Provides 24/7 support for mainframe computer operations, including SCT and related systems processing (batch and CICS) for the OSU system and A&M campuses

Enterprise Operating Systems
|
| |
- Supports the infrastructure for all mainframe systems, including z/OS and related subsystems, TSO/ISPF, DB2, CICS, VPS (SCT Printing), IOF (output management), and ePrint (SCT print repository)
- Supports the infrastructure for the Oracle database services required by MetaDirectory, O-Key, and a growing number of other applications
