In an effort to improve customer service for future conversions to Exchange email and/or Active Directory file services, Information Technology is analyzing and updating its current conversion processes. This project includes updates to the conversion planning, methodology, documentation, and communications.

This project was completed on June 21, 2005. For updated information on the Conversion to Microsoft Exchange email, Windows File and Print Services, and Active Directory, visit our Conversion Website. IT conversion personnel can access more detailed information on the updated processes on the secure Conversion SharePoint site (login required).
