The objectives of the Needs Assessment are to evaluate current IT services and business strategies, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and develop a report of findings and recommended changes.

Project Status

|
The Final Needs Assessment Report was completed on January 31, 2005, and was distributed to IT personnel for internal review in March, 2005. The CIO conducted meetings with each unit in the department to gather potential solution strategies for each finding in the report. A comprehensive Action Plan is posted below.
