How To Empty The Recycle Bin In Microsoft Windows

To empty the Recycle Bin on a Windows XP or Windows Vista machine, right click the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop and select Empty Recycle Bin from the menu (Figure 1a & 1b). If this option is not present or is disabled, the Recycle Bin is already empty. A conformation box will appear to empty the Recycle Bin, Choose Yes to delete the files.
