How To Delete Temporary Internet
Files
The
following directions are
for Microsoft Internet
Explorer 7.0 and Mozilla
Firefox 3.0 browsers only
(see icons below).
If you are using a different
browser other than the two
listed here, you can call the

instructions.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
7.0
- Open Internet Explorer
- On the upper
right hand side
of the window,
select the
Tools
button
- A menu list
should appear,
select
Internet
Options.
- In the
Internet
Options
window, on the
General
tab, click the
Delete...
button under the
Browsing History
section.
- A new window
named
Browsing
History
should appear.
Click the delete
button next to
Temporary
Internet Files,
Cookies
and
History.
Wait for each
progress bar to
close before
going on to the
next delete
button.
Do Not
click the delete
buttons next to
Form Data or
Passwords.
- Close all
Internet
Explorer
windows.
- Mozilla Firefox
3.0
- Open Firefox
- Click on
Tools
from the menu
bar at the top
of the browser
window.
- From the
Tools menu,
select
Options...
- In the
Options window,
select the
Privacy
icon at the top.
- Under the
Private
Data
section, click
the
Clear Now...
button.
- Check only
the boxes next
to
Browsing History,
Download History,
Saved Form and
Search History,
Cache
and
Cookies.
Do Not
check the boxes
next to Offline
Website Data,
Saved Passwords
and
Authenticated
Sessions.

Click the
Clear
Private Data Now
button.

Once the window
has closed,
close all Firefox windows.
