Dave Howey

Manager Fiscal Opperations

 

Mr. Howey has been with OSU since 2013. He joined the IT department in 2017. He is the manager of the IT Accounting and HR office. He manages all departmental accounting functions, including accounts payable, purchasing, inventory, budgeting and billing. He is responsible for developing, evaluating, implementing and monitoring all accounting processes and procedures. He works directly with the CIO and other IT departmental directors to create an efficient flow of information and to achieve effective internal controls. He is dedicated to working proactively and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and other university departments.  

 

Kristi Musselman

Senior Administrative Support Specialist

 

Ms. Musselman joined OSU IT in February of 2008. She is part of the IT Accounting group. She handles all payroll processing, account reconciliations, and HR processes for the department. She is currently working on special projects with other areas in IT to create more efficient timekeeping processes. She is also creating smoother onboarding and offboarding procedures. She is eager to assist in the growth of the ever-evolving world of technology.    

Tammy Brown

Accountant 2 IT

 

Tammy is proud to have graduated with degrees in Accounting and MSIS from Oklahoma State University. She is excited to gain knowledge and skills and hopes to provide excellent support to the IT department in their support of university goals. She has successfully completed the Excel Tips and Tricks course providing her with helpful job-related experience. She also has expertise in general ledger, budgeting, cash handling, QuickBooks, accounts payable, and payroll.
