Courtney Bellah

Helpdesk Analyst

Accomplishments

I graduated with a BSBA and minor in International Business from Spears School of Business in December 2020. While working as a student employee at the Helpdesk during the pandemic, I assisted the campus with the transition of working remote and virtually. The last semester of my senior year, I became a full-time employee at Oklahoma State as a Helpdesk Analyst and am now a part of the IT Security team.

• I am interested in developing more skills within cyber security and safety, not only for personal use, but educational and professional use as well.

• Analyzing trends in specific service-related data to better provide more efficient assistance to our users.

Craig Edgmand

Mr. Edgmand is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with over thirty years of network security experience, thirty five years of UNIX/Linux systems administration experience, and over 17 years’ experience as an information security professional. Before working in Higher Education, he worked for 14 years in the wireless industry. His academic training includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a graduate degree in Telecommunication Management, both from Oklahoma State University.

Shirley Griffith has worked in IT and Higher Education for over nine years. She earned her master's degree in Telecommunications Management in 2018 and earned the CISSP in 2020. She enjoys learning about new security technologies and helping everyone be more secure.
