Pam Coleman
Director, Software Services
Accomplishments
Pam started with the University in Agricultural Economics. She jumped over to the Administrative Systems Development Department in 1988 and began her career in Information Technology. She has progressed in her career from Programmer, to Systems Analyst Programmer, to Systems Analyst to Sr. Systems Analyst to Manager. She spent her early years on financial aid, and expanded into Student/Admissions/HR/Finance areas. She led the Web Development Team for several years before taking over Management of the department.

Tj Abbott
Manager
Accomplishments
TJ has over 36 years of programming experience. She helped develop a labor distribution system for one of Pepsico's branch subsidiary's, created an online form that handled vendors, their related PO's, and claims all on the same page, but functioned independently of each other. She worked hard with her coworkers to convert OSU's Finance, HR and Payroll processes from a mainframe system to the Banner web based system. Hence, she also had to make the transition to becoming a web based programmer. Today, she continues to help develop processes that enhance the users ability to do their jobs more efficiently.

Some of his accomplishments include the launch and strategic migration of two different web content management systems, utilizing and testing against modern digital accessibility standards, and web application development. He was also a crucial member of the team that implemented Oklahoma A&M's degree audit system and has a love for clean programmer humor and puns.

Jason Nord

Accomplishments
Helped create a custom athletic certification application that tracks athlete's academic
progress and speeds the process for the registrar to certify athletes to the NCAA.
Created a graduation application process that identifies students that are about to
graduate and also awards degrees. This process has improved considerably the time
it takes for the registrar to award degrees at the end of a term.
Degree Hours Remaining job to support Financial Aid review of whether students are
making timely progress toward degree completion.

- I would like to continue to become more comfortable with my Degree Works server side
duties.
- I also would like to become more familiar with writing queries against Degree Works
CPA data.

Judy Phillips

Ms Phillips has spent over 25 years in IT, supporting Higher Education in a variety of capacities, first with an ERP Software Provider and now with Oklahoma State University. Her IT support has included regulatory and development support of Financial Aid, Human Resources and Reporting tools. She now leads a team supporting the use of Financial Aid, Student and Degree Works within the Software Services department..

regulatory requirements of the Financial Aid community and being an advocate for our
Financial Aid departments is a strong interest and focus.

Mr Sebert implemented the Central Authentication Services single sign on application for the OSU A&M System and has provided support for the framework used to develop Web Applications by the OSU A&M System.
