ID Card Services
All people formally associated with OSU have an OSU ID card. ID card transactions include, but are not limited to, meal plans, point-of-sale on-campus purchases, authorized door access (key card access), Colvin Recreation Center admittance, library loans, and free off-campus bus transportation.
CS Gold® is the application that handles ID card transactions. Access to services is dependent upon the role individuals have with the university, which is administrated through the O-Key identity and access management system.
The first ID card is free. Damaged cards are replaced for free if the damaged card is returned to ID Services Office in 113 Math Sciences. There is a charge to replace lost cards.
Individuals obtain their ID cards primarily through the ID Services Office at 113 Math Sciences after activating their O-Key account. Incoming freshmen who attend Freshman Orientation receive their ID card there.
