Banner User

This link allows the user to look up security information for specific users. This link is accessible to everyone who can access the application at https://apps.okstate.edu/access_request/index.php. To look up security information for someone, click the ‘Banner User’ link on the left-hand menu, enter the user’s username and click ‘Submit’.

 

 

Some general Banner security information is displayed at the top of the page. Security groups, business profiles, O-Key global groups, GORIROL roles, and vpdi codes that user has access to are displayed below in that order. If you would like to make a change to this security you can click the ‘security removal page’ link at the top of this page, or you may click the ‘Request Security Removal’ link on the left-hand menu.
