To use this service, contact the OSU-IT Helpdesk. Researchers should get in touch with the Institutional Review Board for prior approval of the email if human subjects are involved in research. Contact OSU Communications for prior approval of an announcement email. Contact Institutional Research and Information Management to get a customized list of mail recipients.

Getting Started

1. Get message approvals from Institutional Review Board if doing research with human subjects. Contact OSU Communications for approval of general messages.

2. Contact Institutional Research and Information Management to get a customized list of email addresses. Please give a week or more of lead time.

3. Contact the OSU-IT Helpdesk for assistance with distributing the broadcast email.
