Individual Online File Storage – Students
OSU students can store files in either – OneDrive, a feature of Microsoft® Office 365™ through their Cowboy Mail account or on G drive that is through G Suite in their Orange Mail.
The cloud storage provided to students is through both Cowboy Mail (OneDrive) and Orange Mail (Google Drive). Both areas are available for storage although students use just one account for email delivery.
OneDrive provides one terabyte (TB) of file storage. Google Drive Orange Mail account, students get unlimited storage for Google App documents and one GB of storage for non-Google documents.
One Drive (Cowboy Mail): Access OneDrive via the web by going to cowboymail.okstate.edu. Sign in using your O-Key credentials. Click the Applications icon in the right side of the toolbar. Select OneDrive.
Google Drive (Orange Mail): Access Google drive via the web by going to orangemail.okstate.edu.
Sign into either system using your O-Key credentials. Click the Applications icon in the right side of the toolbar. Select Drive.
