Details

The ID Services Office will replace damaged cards for free if the card, or its pieces, are returned. The card holder will be charged a fee for full replacement of an ID card, as in when the card is lost.

The functionality of the ID card is connected to O-Key – OSU’s identity and access management system – which determines service access based on an individual’s roles with the university. ID card transactions are managed and processed through the CS Gold® software.
