Active Students, Faculty and Staff are provided 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage.

As of April 22, 2024, Microsoft implemented the following changes to the Office 365 license. The changes listed below apply to all Retirees, and Service Accounts only.

• The OneDrive storage limit was adjusted from 1 TB to 100 GB of storage.

  • After April 22, 2024, if OneDrive storage exceeds 100 GB, your files will become read only.  It is recommended that you move your files to an alternate storage solution.

• Affected user accounts will no longer have access to Microsoft Office365 desktop software. However, the online versions will continue to function.
