O-Key no longer handles email forwarding. If you wish to continue forwarding email you need to choose Cowboy mail as your email inbox. Then setup email forwarding in Cowboy Mail which is powered by Office 365.

1. Log in to your institutions IDMS:

   O-KeyC-KeyGold KeyAggie AccessLion Key

2. Click on the Email Destination link.

3. Click on the ‘Cowboy Mail E-mail System (Microsoft Office365)’ radio button.

4. Save your changes. It may take up to 30 minutes for the changes to take effect.

5. Setup your email forwarding in Cowboy Mail (Office 365).
