Who has access to download Windows 11?
In order to have Windows 11 access through the Software Distribution Center, you must satisfy both of the below criteria:
- Campus location
OSU A&M campuses currently licensed for Windows 11 through the Software Distribution Center access under the University license are:
- OSU Stillwater
- OSU Tulsa
- OSU Center for Health Sciences (CHS)
- OSU Oklahoma City
- OSU Institute of Technology (Okmulgee)
- Connors State College
- Oklahoma Panhandle State University
- Northeastern Oklahoma College (NEO)
OSU A&M campuses not currently licensed for Windows 11 through the Software Distribution Center access under the University license are:
- Langston University
- University Association
Currently Windows 11 through the Software Distribution Center access is licensed to:
- Full-time Faculty
- Full-time Staff
- Full-time Students
- *Retired Faculty
- *Retired Staff
Currently Windows 11 through the Software Distribution Center access is not licensed to:
- Alumni
- Part-time Employees
- Affiliates
*-Access must be approved by Department Head of the department and requested through IT to be approved and granted for the retiree.
