When a student or staff member contact's the OSU Help Desk asking to get back into Banner/Self-Service, and no longer has an O-Key assignment, they will need to use the Alternate login link.  

 

Getting Started:

OSU System users (OSU, Tulsa, OKM, and OKC) will use the following link:

OSU A&M Institution users will use one of the following link's:

  • Contact the Registrar (Students) or HR (Staff/Faculty) to have them give you your Banner ID and Banner PIN.
  • Open a web browser (Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc).
  • Navigate to the the needed alternate login page using your institutions link.
  • Click the Alternate Login link.

  • On the next page enter your Banner ID and Banner PIN received from the Registrar or HR.  
  • Click the Login button.alternate login ID and PIN page
  • Once the Login button is clicked, you should be taken to the Self-Service page of the institution link you chose.
