  1. Go to your Banner Portal:

  2. Click on the Self Service button.

  3. Select the "Personal Information" tab.  Then select “Update Addresses and Phones”
    Selecting the personal information tab.

  4. Click on the Current (Email Address) or Primary (Phone) link.Click on current email address.

  5. Manipulate information as needed.

  6. Click the Submit button.After submission. This shows the final updated information.


NOTE: you can set up four addresses for parent’s.
