Access to OSU voice mail requires the entry of a voice mail security PIN then pressing the # key.
OSU IT provides two options to submit a request for a Voice Mail PIN Reset request. You can either:
1. Submit a new request by authenticating to the Reset Campus Phone Voice Mail PIN form.
2. Start a support ticket by using this link: EIT Client Portal.

a) Provide the following information in the Issue field:

i. Your Phone Number

ii. Phone Number Of The Device To Reset The Voice Mail PIN

iii. Affiliated campus name
