Department Head/Reports To Lookup

This link allows the user to look up department head or supervisor information for a specific user. This link is accessible to everyone who can access the application at https://apps.okstate.edu/access_request/index.php. To look up department head information for someone, click the ‘Department Head/Reports To’ link on the left-hand menu, enter some search criteria (Banner ID, or position number, or organization code) and click ‘Submit’.

The information displayed on this page is pulled from Banner. If a department head or supervisor is set for the specified employee, some information about them is displayed on the form.
