Deskside Support is a technology support group that meets face-to-face with students
and employees to assist them with computers and software. Deskside also gives IT support
to departments and areas that do not have their own IT staff.
Deskside Support is available to the OSU community during regular business hours.
For minor computer issues, walk-in assistance with computers is available by going
to 421 Classroom Building.
Deskside Support personnel also address complex computer issues. In these cases, the
customer must schedule an appointment and have it confirmed before bringing the computer
to the office.
