Please provide the following information in the Issue field:
List name
Description
Primary owners email address
Access typeof Public or Private
List Typeof Discussion or Announcement
If Discussion, should replies go to the Sender or to the Mailing List?
Mail-Mergeof Yes or No
If Yes, the default bottom banner will include one-click unsubscribe link.
If No, the link will instead lead to the generic subscription management page of the list.
Optional Quiet owners email address Quiet owners will not receive delivery errors or other administrative mail.
