What Group Do I Need

This link allows the user to look up which security groups grant access to a specific form. This link is accessible by anyone that has access to https://apps.okstate.edu/access_request/index.php. To look up information for a form, click the ‘What Group Do I Need’ link on the left-hand menu, enter a form name and the access type (Query Only Access or Query and Modify Access) and click ‘Submit’.

Any security groups that are associated to the form name will populate into the page.
