StatusHub is a centralized source for IT service status and communications. Use StatusHub to check the status of key EIT services, view scheduled maintenance, and stay informed about service disruptions and restoration efforts.

Types of StatusHub Announcements

Outages

System or service downtime that is unanticipated and either has an unclear cause or is not controlleld by EIT. These have a clear start time and anticipated resolution time. 

Scheduled Maintenance

System or service downtime controlled by EIT that are planned and communicated a minimum of five business days in advance. These have a clear start and end time. 

Urgent Maintenance

System or service downtime controlled by EIT that are planned and communicated less than five but greater than one business day in advance. These have a clear start and end time.
