- How do I get remote assistance?We offer remote assistance using Microsoft Teams on open incident tickets. Please contact an IT technician using one of the methods provided above to open an incident ticket.
- How do I set up my Cowboy Mail account?Visit the Cowboy Mail service page for instructions on setting up your account.
- Why are my courses not showing up in Canvas?
Courses should appear in Canvas within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays) after enrolling in the course. Professors have to publish the course in Canvas before students are able to view them. If a course has not appeared in Canvas after 24 hours of enrollment and the instructor has published the course in Canvas, contact the IT Helpdesk and provide the course name, CRN, and the approximate date\time you enrolled in the course.
- What is Duo and how do I set it up?
Duo is the Multifactor Authentication system that adds a second layer of security to your online accounts through a mobile app. Verifying your identity using a second factor (like your phone or other mobile device) prevents anyone but you from logging in, even if they know your password.
To set up Duo, go to duo.okstate.edu. Login using O-Key credentials, click “Add New Device”. Walk through the on-screen prompts and be sure to click “Complete Registration”.
