Add Inventory

To add a new inventory item, the user will click the “Add Inventory” menu link.  The resulting page will display a form that will be filled in and submitted.  The user will add the following items.

• Make/Brand – examples include Apple or Samsung
• Model – examples include iPhone or Galaxy
• Serial Number
• Description – examples include color, size, distinguishing features
• Photo of the item
• Photo of the serial number
• Location of the item – example would be street address of dorm room or apartment

The result screen will show the added item. See Figure 3.
