Overview

When you log in to your O-Key profile, either by clicking the O-Key link in your myOKSTATE portal or by logging directly into okey.okstate.edu, press the Identification Card link on the left hand column.

 

The top of the Identity Card page displays whether the card is active or inactive.

 

If your ID Card is showing up as active and it is not working as expected, please contact the OSU EIT Helpdesk, 405-744-HELP (4357) or by emailing helpdesk@okstate.edu.

 

If your ID Card is showing up as inactive, the following reasons may be why your ID would be inactive:

  • You have withdrawn from the current term.
  • You have a bursar hold on your account.
  • You are admitted but not enrolled for the current or future term.
  • Your card activation is not within the activation window for the next semester. Your card will become active approximately thirty days before the first day of the semester.
  • You do not have active employment/retirement/long term disability.
  • Your photo is not in the system. For instructions on uploading an image to the ID card system visit the upload an ID image help page.
