Directions for existing Duo users

1. Log onto the OSU Duo Portal using your O-Key credentials.
   

2. Authorize the Duo login prompt via Duo Push, Text message passcode, or Bypass code.
                    
   

3. Re-authenticate through Central Authentication Services using your O-Key credentials.
   

4. Re-authorize the Duo login prompt.
                  

5. Authorize the Duo login prompt one more time.
                

6. After successfully authorizing your first device, you may add or remove devices through the Duo Device Management Portal. It is highly recommended to add a secondary device in case the primary device is unavailable.
