Directions for new Duo users

1. Log into the OSU DUO Portal with your O-Key credentials.
   
   
   Individuals not required to use Duo will be prompted to register for the service as shown below. Press the “Register for Duo MFA” button to continue to step 2.
   

2. You will be prompted to log in with your O-Key credentials a second time.
   
   

3. Click ‘Next’ through the Duo Prompts.
      

4. Select a device type to add a device to Duo.

5. Follow on-screen prompts (detailed in the specific help entries).
   

6. Once a device has been added, select ‘Log in with Duo’.
   
   

7. Authorize the Duo login using the device you added.
   
   

8. After successful authorization, you may add or remove devices through the Duo Device Management Portal. It is highly recommended to add a secondary device in case the primary device is unavailable.
