How can i get a banner pin sent to me?
Any OSU account user can send themselves a Banner PIN from their OSU account.

Go to your institutions IDMS website:

Log into your personal OSU IDMS account.

Click on the Receive Banner PIN link on the left hand side of the page.

Select the radio button next to the method you would like to receive the PIN (Alternate Email or Text Message).

Click the Submit button.
NOTE: You must have an alternate email on file in your account to see the Alternate
Email option. You must have a Mobile1 number on file in your account to see the Text
Message option.
Alternatively, if you do not have a student or employee assignment in your account, contact the Registrar (student) or HR department (employee) of the campus you are attending or attended to get a Banner PIN sent to you.
