Log into okey.okstate.edu/admin

On the O-Key Account Services Customer Lookup page click on the Global Group Request link on the left hand side.

On the next page read the instructions and then click on the Single Global Group link if requesting a single Global Group.   Click on the Multiple Global Group link if requesting more than one group.

On the form that shows up, click on the Security Group Radio button.

Fill out the form per the instructions located on the form.

Click the Preview button

When the form is filled out to your satisfaction click the submit button.
