  1. Regarding FAR 52.2040-24, does OSU Enterprise IT use “Covered Telecommunications Equipment and/or Services” to provide its services?

  Answer: No, OSU Enterprise IT does not use equipment or services meeting the definition of “Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services” as defined in FAR 4.2101
