Oklahoma State University provides Adobe Creative Cloud licensing for full-time faculty and staff.
Notice: Upcoming Change to Adobe Creative Cloud Synced Files For All Users
On Oct. 1, 2024, Adobe is discontinuing the Creative Cloud Synced files feature.
This change will impact users by:
- No longer synchronizing assets in the local Creative Cloud Files folder on devices
- Permanently deleting cloud copies of files in Creative Cloud Files folder
- Removing access to shared folders and assets previously shared from Creative Cloud Synced files
All users should make sure their Creative Cloud files are syncing to their local device so that they do not lose any data. Additionally, users should move files to an alternative storage solution before this date.

How does this change impact sharing files with others using Adobe products?
Files and folders shared with other users from Synced files will no longer be accessible. All Adobe apps that use Creative Cloud Synced files to facilitate users to share files across devices will remove those integrations.

Can I recover my files after Oct. 1?
There will be no way to recover deleted files post-discontinuation.

Your assets will be available in Creative Cloud Files until Oct. 1, 2024. All assets in your local Creative Cloud Files folder on your advice will remain intact and under your control.

All users logging into Creative Cloud with their OSU/A&M login will be impacted.

Cloud Documents, available in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco, and Adobe Express enable saving and access to your work across desktop, mobile, and web surfaces.
Creative Cloud Libraries, available in Creative Cloud applications and Adobe Express, enable organization, reuse, and sharing of brand and creative assets.
