Students have a choice in their email delivery preference. They can choose to use either Orange Mail (G Suite by Google Cloud) or Cowboy Mail (Microsoft® Office 365™).

Details

While having access to the tools of both the Microsoft® Office 365™ and G Suite by Google Cloud, the delivery of email will come through the carrier chosen by the student.

The official OSU email address will end in “@okstate.edu” no matter which delivery service the student chooses. All official university communications are sent to the @okstate.edu email address. 

Students retain their “@okstate.edu” email address and account after they graduate.

Getting Started

Use your O-Key credentials to sign in to either Orange Mail or Cowboy Mail.

For Orange Mail, go to orangemail.okstate.edu.

For Cowboy Mail, go to cowboymail.okstate.edu.
