Turnitin is a plagiarism detection tool that compares student documents against billions of internet pages to find instances of plagiarism.

Details

Instructors have to set up Turnitin in their Brightspace account so that student assignments are examined through the application. Upon completion of each plagiarism scan, an originality report for each document is delivered to the instructor within the course site.
