  1. Contact the OSU Communicationsfor approval of a general announcement email.

  2. Contact Institutional Research and Information Managementto get a list of mail recipients. Please provide a week or more of notice.

  3. Collect the following information in preparation for submitting your request:

  1. The sending from email address.

  2. The reply to email address.

  3. If you need to send a test message, yes or no. If yes, provide send to email addresses.

  4. If you need to send a follow up message, yes or no.

  5. Note: You are only allowed to send one follow-up message.

    1. Gather the following approvals for attachment to your request.

      1. OSU Communication approval letter

      2. IRIM generated list of email addresses

 

Once you have gathered the required data and approvals you may submit your request two ways.  You may either:

  1. Visit the IRB Broadcast Email Request Request Form. You will be prompted to login with your O-Key Account credentials and authenticate through Multifactor Authentication (MFA).

  2. Start a support ticket by using this link: Request Help.
