Overview

You can access the website to upload an image for your OSU Identification Card at https://getid.okstate.edu . Please see the photo requirements for images.

 

  1. Open a web browser of your choice. (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, etc.)

  2. Navigate to the website https://getid.okstate.edu .

  3. Login using your O-Key credentials.Picture1

  4. Once logged in, enter your OSU email address and personal cell phone number to complete your GET profile information.Picture2

  5. When you reach the Overview page, select the Upload ID Photo link under the Quick Links section on the right side of the page.Picture3

  6. On the Photo Upload page, select the Choose File button on the right side.Picture5

  7. A new window will appear that will allow you to navigate to your image file you wish to upload as your OSU ID Card image. Please be advised that no profiles, hats, headbands, sunglasses, or any other accessories will be allowed in a photograph taken for an ID card. For more information, please refer to the OSU ID Photo Requirements.

  8. After you have selected your image file, Choose the Upload button on the right side of the page.

  9. Your uploaded image will appear on the right. You will need to click and drag the provided box centered over your face to crop the image. When you have placed the provided box over your face, select the Crop button just below the image.

  10. You will then be redirected to a page showing your Current ID on the left and your Pending ID Photo on the right. If you are not satisfied with your Pending ID Photo you can select the Delete Pending Photo link just below the image and return to Step 8. If you are satisfied with your image, you may leave the page.

  11. Your image will be submitted for review by IT. If you receive an email stating that your image is denied, a reason should also be provided in the email as to why the image was denied. You will need to restart the process and upload a different image to be submitted for approval. Once your image is approved then you will be notified via email.

  12. You will then be able to go to one of the OSU ID Card Printing locations to have your OSU ID Card printed. If you are a part of the New Student Orientation Event, you will receive your OSU Identification Card at the New Student Orientation event.
