If your phone number is not associated with your O-Key account, contact the Helpdesk and provide your work phone number and email address.


  1. If you are not on OSU's network you will need to connect to the OSU VPN.

  2. Go to OSU's VoIP phone portal. Small screen devices are not recommended.Cisco Unified Communications Self Care Portal

  3. Login using your O-Key username and password. If you receive an "authorization error" or if you have no work phone listed under "My Phones" email the Helpdesk.

  4. Select Call Forwarding from the left menu.Call Forwarding screen

  5. Find the phone number you wish to forward. You may choose to forward all calls or create advanced calling rules.
  6. Confirm that call forwarding is setup correctly by calling the number from another phone.
