Add or Remove Owners of Team
How to steps
Note: Do not add or remove owners through the Teams application. O-Key's daily sync with
                           O365 will overwrite any changes made directly in Teams.  Always make changes through
                           O-Key Microsoft Groups.
Adding Owners
- 
                           
                           
Log in to http://okey.okstate.edu.
 - 
                           
                           
Select Okey.
 - 
                           
                           
Okey will open in a new tab.
 - 
                           
                           
In menu, select Microsoft Groups.
 - 
                           
                           
Go to section Groups you own.
 - 
                           
                           
Select the group you wish to add owners to.
 - 
                           
                           
Under Owners, enter the email address(es) of people you'd like to add.
 - 
                           
                           
Select Add Owners.
 
Removing Owners
- 
                           
                           
Log in to http://okey.okstate.edu.
 - 
                           
                           
Select Okey.
 - 
                           
                           
Okey will open in a new tab.
 - 
                           
                           
In menu, select Microsoft Groups.
 - 
                           
                           
Go to section Groups you own.
 - 
                           
                           
Select the group where you wish to remove owners.
 - 
                           
                           
Under Owners, check the boxes beside the name(s) of people to remove.
 - 
                           
                           
Select Delete Selected Owners.
