How to steps

Note: Do not add or remove owners through the Teams application. O-Key's daily sync with O365 will overwrite any changes made directly in Teams.  Always make changes through O-Key Microsoft Groups.

Adding Owners

  1. Log in to http://okey.okstate.edu.

  2. Select Okey.

  3. Okey will open in a new tab.

  4. In menu, select Microsoft Groups.

  5. Go to section Groups you own.

  6. Select the group you wish to add owners to.

  7. Under Owners, enter the email address(es) of people you'd like to add.

  8. Select Add Owners.

Removing Owners

  1. Log in to http://okey.okstate.edu.

  2. Select Okey.

  3. Okey will open in a new tab.

  4. In menu, select Microsoft Groups.

  5. Go to section Groups you own.

  6. Select the group where you wish to remove owners.

  7. Under Owners, check the boxes beside the name(s) of people to remove.

  8. Select Delete Selected Owners.
