    2. Description

    3. Primary owners email address

    4. Access type of Public or Private

    5. List Type of Discussion or Announcement

      1.  If Discussion, should replies go to the Sender or to the Mailing List?

    6. Mail-Merge of Yes or No

      1. If Yes, the default bottom banner will include one-click unsubscribe link.

      2.  If No, the link will instead lead to the generic subscription management page of the list.

    7. Optional Quiet owners email address
      Quiet owners will not receive delivery errors or other administrative mail.

    8. Moderators e-mail address
