Details
LSMTP.okstate.edu is a Proofpoint Protection Server configured to allow anonymous SMTP relay from permitted servers, printers, and other devices on the OSU Network.
Note: To be granted an LSMTP exception, you must have a DHCP reservation assigned for the device. You may request a new DHCP reservation or request to reassign an existing reservation from the FAQ section at the following link. https://it.okstate.edu/services/internet-protocol-assignment/index.html

The device must be on the OSU Network.

The message size must be smaller than 50MB

How do I request an LSMTP exception for a device?
You may submit your request two ways. You may either:
