How to steps

Note: If you've deleted a group (Teams are based on groups), it will be retained for 30 days by default. This 30-day period is considered a "soft-delete" because you can still restore the group.  After 30 days, the group and its associated contents are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

1. Start a support ticket by using this link Request Help.

2. Provide name of team deleted.

3. Verify deleted date is not over 30 days.

   1. Note: If not sure if it is over 30 days, still submit the ticket. Server Administration team will perform a search for the Team and see if it is available to be restored.

4. Request support route ticket to Server Administration Team.
